All photographs, text, graphics and other content on the Site are, unless otherwise stated, the property of Jorge Oviedo and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Client work shown here is displayed as part of the photographer's portfolio; the respective brands, names and logos belong to their owners.

You may browse the Site and share links to its pages. You may not copy, reproduce, download, redistribute, sell or create derivative works from any photograph or substantial part of the content without prior written permission. For licensing or usage enquiries, contact contacto@oviedojorge.com.

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content in bulk, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Site links to external services (for example Instagram or the main portfolio site). Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
