Privacy Policy

If — and only if — you accept the consent banner, the Site records anonymous page-view statistics: which page was viewed, when, the referring site, your approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address by our hosting provider at the edge — the IP address itself is never stored), your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop), and how long the page stayed open.

A random identifier is kept in your browser's session storage to group the pages of a single visit; it disappears when you close the tab. If you decline the banner, nothing is recorded at all.

The Site stores your consent choice in your browser's local storage so you are not asked on every visit. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used. The admin area (used only by the site owner) sets a login cookie.

If you use the contact form, the details you submit (name, email address and message) are used solely to reply to you and are not shared with third parties or used for marketing.

The Site runs on Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Cloudflare R2 (image storage). These providers process technical data such as IP addresses as part of serving the Site, under their own privacy policies.

Because visit statistics are anonymous, they cannot be linked back to you. For anything concerning data you have submitted (for example through the contact form), you can request access, correction or deletion at any time by writing to contacto@oviedojorge.com.

You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will ask again on your next visit.
